Take a short drive up one of Napa’s most spectacular winding roads to access one of Napa’s most illustrious appellations known as Mt. Veeder. Our road is enveloped in arched oak trees and while you’ll feel a world away, you’re only 10 minutes from downtown Napa. There is no better way to experience our wines than to sit on our patio and see where it all began and continues to grow.

You’ll taste a selection of four current release wines and we’ll take a trip into the barrel room for a sneak peak of an upcoming release. Relax and take your time to enjoy the wines; this is Napa without the crowds – except for the occasional deer, fox, or jack rabbit that traipse near the property daily. If you’re lucky, you may catch a glimpse of our winery dogs Hobie and Trigger or our winery cat Santo who will try and steal the limelight! Unique, personalized, special: This is Fontanella.

For those who know the best moments start early, our Golden Mornings tasting offers a peaceful start to your Napa day with a special weekday rate.

Guests will enjoy four current release wines, a barrel sample of an upcoming vintage, and a small plate of cheese and crackers—all while taking in sweeping vineyard views from our Mt. Veeder estate.

Fontanella Journey Tasting

$65 per guest (plus tax) | 75 minutes

This immersive tasting experience included a guided journey through four current release wines, along with a visit to our barel room for a sample of an upcoming vintage drawn strait from the barrel.

A small curated cheese plate complements the tasting, all set against sweeping vineyard views from our Mt. Veeder estate.

You’ll feel like family with this relaxed and personal experience.

Reserve Tour & Tasting

$95 per guest (plus tax) | 75 minutes

Crafted for lovers of mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, this elevated tasting experience showcases our most limited wines—including our flagship Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Per Sempre.

Guests will enjoy an overview of our estate vineyard, winery, and barrel room while exploring what makes Mt. Veeder so distinctive. A barrel sample of an upcoming vintage and a curated cheese plate complete the experience.

We are unable to accommodate any outside food, anyone under the age of 21, including infants and children, or split reservations.
